Our original frets are casted in a material called silicon bronze. This material was chosen because it's extremely durable since it's nickel free, but still very easy to bend and easy to work with.
We offer two sizes of frets for our electric guitars: 1. Medium Frets which is similar to Stewmac 155 and Medium Jumbo that are similar to Dunlop 6100.
The silicon bronze gives our frets a warm golden color.
But we also offer frets and fingerboards in the THIDELL FORMULA 1™ temperament for both steel-string (wound G) and nylon-string guitars with 650mm scale length. We also have a version for 641mm scale steel-string guitar with a plain (0.018″) G (as used by Steve Vai on his Ibanez Euphoria EP9 signature model).
Our acoustic frets are very similar to Stewmac 155.
We also have versions for 4- and 5-string 34″ scale electric bass.
